Introduction

BVUNZO is an exam preparation platform operated by Nosant Technologies (Private) Limited. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you access or use BVUNZO, including the public website, learner accounts, Creator Hub, Academy, Question Explorer, assessments, Progress pages, community features, subscriptions, Paynow payments, notifications, and related platform services.

By creating an account, signing in, using the platform, submitting feedback, applying as a creator, submitting tutorial content, making a payment, or continuing to use BVUNZO, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use BVUNZO.

Who May Use BVUNZO

BVUNZO supports users such as learners, creators, administrators, and visitors who use public landing pages.

• You must provide accurate registration and onboarding information.
• You must keep your login details private and not share your account with another person.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Students should use BVUNZO for lawful educational purposes only.
• Parents, guardians, schools, and tutors remain responsible for supervising younger learners where appropriate.

Account Registration and Verification

BVUNZO account setup may require information such as full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, username, password, user role, exam board, level, and selected subjects. The platform may also use verification steps such as email verification, phone verification, device setup, onboarding stages, signup IP checks, and account status controls.

You agree that:

• Your registration details must be truthful and kept reasonably up to date.
• You must not create accounts using false identities, disposable signups, automated tools, or methods designed to bypass BVUNZO controls.
• BVUNZO may deny, block, restrict, lock, suspend, or deactivate accounts where abuse, fraud, policy violation, suspicious activity, unpaid access, or security risk is detected.
• BVUNZO may require completion of onboarding, learning personalisation, verification, or subscription access before allowing use of some areas of the platform.

Exam Boards, Subjects and Learning Content

BVUNZO organises learning around exam boards, levels, subjects, topics, past exam questions, question details, solutions, answer options, notes, method guidance, cheat sheets, tutorials, tips, and progress information.

The platform provides ZIMSEC learning paths. Content is organised by your level, subject choices, and platform setup.

• BVUNZO may use real past exam questions as the basis for interactive practice.
• Students should still confirm final syllabus requirements, exam dates, official instructions, and marking guidance from their school or official exam-board sources.
• BVUNZO may update, correct, add, remove, reorganise, or disable content where necessary.
• Learning support is provided to help revision; it is not a guarantee of exam results.

Practice, Assessments and Progress

BVUNZO records learning activity so the platform can mark attempts, show feedback, calculate progress, and guide revision. This may include Question Explorer attempts, Smart Assessment, Self Assessment, subject practice, topic practice, XP, streaks, runs, rankings, achievements, mastery, coverage, accuracy, readiness, weak areas, and other progress indicators.

You agree that:

• Progress metrics are learning indicators, not official exam scores.
• Exam readiness indicators are guidance tools and cannot guarantee performance in a real examination.
• BVUNZO may recalculate, repair, refresh, or correct metrics where platform logic, data quality, or technical maintenance requires it.
• You must not manipulate practice attempts, scripts, requests, or account activity to unfairly inflate XP, ranks, streaks, achievements, leaderboards, or other platform measures.

AI-Assisted and Verified Learning Support

BVUNZO may use AI services, including OpenRouter, to prepare and check learning materials. We keep records of AI requests.

AI-assisted content is provided for learning support. Although BVUNZO works to improve accuracy and quality, users should apply judgement, report suspected errors, and verify critical exam preparation guidance with official materials or trusted educational sources.

• You must not submit unnecessary personal information inside answers, comments, feedback, or AI-related prompts.
• You must not use BVUNZO's learning support to cheat in live examinations or violate school or exam rules.
• BVUNZO may correct, replace, remove, or improve learning support content at any time.

Subscriptions, Trials and Paynow Payments

BVUNZO offers trial access and subscription plans, with payments through Paynow, renewal options and billing reminders. Some features require an active trial or a paid subscription.

Where paid access is enabled:

• Prices, billing intervals, and available plans should be shown before checkout.
• Paynow may be used to initiate and confirm payments.
• Monthly paid access may use rolling access periods, and annual access follows the access dates shown for your plan.
• Payment records may show statuses such as pending, paid, failed, refunded, or voided.
• Access may not be granted until payment confirmation is received and applied.
• Renewals and pending renewals may be scheduled according to the active subscription period.

If a payment fails, is not confirmed, is reversed, is refunded, or is voided, BVUNZO may withhold, expire, cancel, or adjust access. Any refund, correction, or payment dispute will be handled through BVUNZO support and the relevant payment provider process.

Creator Hub Terms

BVUNZO includes a Creator Hub for tutors and educational creators. Creator accounts may collect details such as full name, email address, WhatsApp number, YouTube channel URL, TikTok profile URL, subject focus, verification status, review status, tutorial claims, submitted YouTube tutorial links, video details, thumbnails, review notes, and approval status.

By applying for or using Creator Hub, you agree that:

• Creator applications may be approved, rejected, blocked, or reviewed by BVUNZO administrators.
• Only approved creator work may be shown on BVUNZO where the platform requires approval.
• Creators must submit educational content that is accurate, appropriate for learners, relevant to the claimed question, and suitable for the BVUNZO learning environment.
• BVUNZO may display approved YouTube tutorials, creator details, video titles, thumbnails, and related details inside the platform.
• Creator Hub is designed to give creators exposure, recognition, and traffic to their educational channels. BVUNZO does not promise direct payment to creators unless there is a separate written agreement.
• Creators remain responsible for their own YouTube channels, external content, copyright compliance, and platform rules on third-party services.
• BVUNZO may revoke claims, reject submissions, remove tutorials, block creator accounts, or change tutorial placement where quality, policy, rights, learner safety, or platform needs require it.

Community, Comments and Feedback

BVUNZO may allow users to submit feedback, question comments, comment reports, forum topics, forum replies, and related community content. Some content may be pending, approved, rejected, reported, or moderated.

You agree not to post or submit content that:

• Harasses, insults, threatens, or targets another person.
• Contains obscene, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful material.
• Shares another person's private information without permission.
• Contains spam, scams, advertisements, irrelevant links, or commercial solicitation.
• Impersonates another person, school, creator, tutor, administrator, or organisation.
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.
• Encourages cheating, exam fraud, account abuse, or platform manipulation.

BVUNZO may review, reject, remove, hide, report, or moderate community content and may restrict accounts that misuse community tools.

Public Profiles, Leaderboards and Notifications

BVUNZO includes profile, school, leaderboard, notification, XP, streak, achievement, and rank-related features. Some information may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your settings.

• Public profile features may show display name, username, profile picture, bio, school badge, rank, XP, or related learning presentation where enabled.
• Streak leaderboard privacy controls may allow you to hide from public streak leaderboards or appear anonymously where supported.
• Notification features may send in-app notifications and, if enabled, web push notifications through browser push subscription data.
• BVUNZO may change how leaderboard, rank, achievement, and notification features work to improve fairness, accuracy, safety, or performance.

Acceptable Use and Platform Security

You must use BVUNZO responsibly and only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to access accounts, data, admin areas, creator areas, payment records, APIs, or tools you are not authorised to use.
• Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, copy, attack, or disrupt the platform, servers, endpoints, jobs, or databases.
• Use bots, scripts, automated attempts, fake traffic, or artificial activity to manipulate progress, payments, creator submissions, leaderboards, or platform statistics.
• Bypass registration, verification, subscription, rate limit, access, anti-abuse, or security controls.
• Upload, submit, or transmit malicious code, malware, phishing material, or harmful links.
• Use BVUNZO in a way that damages the platform, users, schools, creators, tutors, exam boards, or third-party services.

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

BVUNZO's platform design, code, software logic, user interface, branding, generated materials, curated learning structures, progress systems, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws where applicable.

Unless BVUNZO gives written permission, you must not copy, reproduce, resell, republish, scrape, redistribute, or create competing datasets from BVUNZO content, question organisation, answer support, progress systems, or creator materials.

Where BVUNZO uses past exam questions or third-party educational references, those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. BVUNZO provides learning support around such material for educational use and may remove or adjust content where required.

If you submit feedback, comments, forum posts, creator submissions, tutorial links, or other content, you grant BVUNZO permission to host, display, moderate, review, process, and use that content for operating and improving the platform. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

Third-Party Services and External Links

BVUNZO may connect to or reference third-party services where needed, including payment processing through Paynow, AI processing where available, email delivery, YouTube tutorial links, TikTok profile links, browser push services, hosted assets, and external educational references.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BVUNZO is not responsible for the content, availability, actions, policies, or failures of third-party platforms outside BVUNZO's control.

Service Availability and Changes

BVUNZO is an active platform and may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, rename, redesign, repair, update, or limit features including Academy, Question Explorer, Progress pages, assessments, subscriptions, Creator Hub, community tools, notifications, public profiles, leaderboards, and learning support.

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, deployments, hosting issues, payment-provider issues, internet outages, database work, security incidents, or other operational events. BVUNZO will try to maintain a useful and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Account Suspension, Restriction and Deletion

BVUNZO may lock, suspend, restrict, deactivate, or delete accounts where required for security, payment status, abuse prevention, moderation, legal compliance, or Terms enforcement.

Users may request or perform account deletion where account tools allow it. When an account is deleted, BVUNZO may keep a deleted-account audit record with limited information such as original user reference, username, email, phone, full name, reason, role, last login, and deletion time where necessary for audit, fraud prevention, support, or legal reasons.

Some records may remain where needed to preserve payment records, security logs, moderation integrity, aggregated analytics, legal compliance, or system consistency.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how BVUNZO handles account data, learning progress, payments, creator activity, community activity, feedback, device information, and notifications. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers

Educational content, AI-supported material, progress indicators, tutorials, tips, notes, answers, and assessments are provided to support revision. Students remain responsible for studying, verifying official requirements, attending school where applicable, following exam rules, and using official exam-board guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BVUNZO, Nosant Technologies (Private) Limited, and their officers, employees, contractors, creators, partners, or agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar losses arising from your use of or inability to use BVUNZO.

This includes loss related to exam outcomes, learning decisions, data loss, service interruption, payment-provider issues, third-party links, external tutorials, user-generated content, platform changes, or reliance on learning support. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow such limitation.

Indemnity

You agree to hold BVUNZO and Nosant Technologies (Private) Limited harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, unlawful activity, user content, creator submissions, or unauthorised use of your account.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Where a dispute arises, you agree to first contact BVUNZO so the matter can be reviewed in good faith. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled through the competent courts or dispute-resolution processes available in Zimbabwe.

Changes to These Terms

BVUNZO may update these Terms as the platform changes. Updates may reflect new features, payment changes, Creator Hub changes, community changes, legal requirements, security improvements, or operational changes. The updated date on this page will show when the page was last changed.

Continued use of BVUNZO after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.
